Job summary

Boyer Children's Clinic in Seattle seeks a Full-Time Intake Specialist to guide families through ESIT intake, review medical histories, and determine eligibility for services. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth enrollment and ongoing care coordination for infants and children with developmental delays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing or related healthcare field with WA DOH license where required.
• Bachelor's in ECSE/IECE or related field with coursework in child development and family systems.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications are required.
• WA driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ESIT referrals and review intake paperwork with the referral team.
• Collect and interpret medical and developmental histories for new referrals.
• Determine eligibility for ESIT services based on assessments.
• Educate families about ESIT and enrollment steps.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support enrollment and care coordination.
• Lead intake projects to improve services and family support.
