Job summary

Greenberg-Larraby, Inc. seeks a Program Manager for ERP Systems to oversee the implementation and optimization of ERP solutions at a federal facility. This hybrid role balances remote work with onsite collaboration as needed.

You will lead ERP program execution, manage stakeholders, and ensure quality and compliance with momentum/iFAMS systems, with responsibility across cost, schedule, risk, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably ERP, finance, acquisition or technology.
• Active PMP certification — required.
• Ability to work in a hybrid work environment and obtain a Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of ERP projects within budget and timeline.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and define project scope and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for flawless project execution.
• Establish relationships with third parties and key stakeholders.
• Provide regular status updates on progress, risks and issues to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to federal ERP program management standards and methodologies.
• Facilitate training and knowledge transfer to maximize system adoption.
