Qualifications

15+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in ERP systems
Active PMP certification required
U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder; ability to obtain Public Trust
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, implementation methodologies, and best practices

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP projects within budget, schedule, and quality specifications
Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution
Establish relationships with third parties and key stakeholders
Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
Monitor progress and provide status updates to senior management
Identify and mitigate risks and issues affecting timelines
Ensure compliance with federal ERP program management standards
Facilitate training sessions to maximize system adoption
