Qualifications

• 3+ years of Epic Beaker experience in Clinical Pathology and Anatomic Pathology.
• Must have Epic certification in assigned applications.
• Hybrid work arrangement with on-site, face-to-face lab support several days weekly.
• Hands-on lab device coordination and vendor liaison experience.
• Ability to manage broad responsibilities beyond core Beaker build.

Responsibilities

• Provide production, on-call, and after-hours Epic Beaker support.
• Own or manage medium to large projects following PMO methodologies.
• Collaborate with vendors to bring new lab devices online and build Epic interfaces.
• Act as administrator for lab equipment and provide hands-on support on-site.
• Coordinate with IS teams (admins, DBAs, networking, reporting, help desk).
• Analyze workflows to improve patient care, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Mentor less experienced analysts and train on PMO tools and processes.
• Coordinate software upgrades and document acceptance testing.
• Deliver regular project status updates to stakeholders.
