Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced project manager to lead engineering design projects across civil, electrical, mechanical, and automation disciplines. You will report to the Operations Leader and build strong client relationships while delivering projects on time and within budget.

The role involves coordinating diverse teams, defining project scope, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with client policies. Travel up to 30% for site visits may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related project management experience.
• Proven experience in managing engineering projects.
• Knowledge of engineering processes.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and uncover new opportunities.
• Track record of delivering projects on budget and on time.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Food & Beverage, Pulp & Paper, and Consumer Products is a plus.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring all details are covered.
• Define the engineering scope with clarity and documentation.
• Oversee deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate resources including drawings and site visits.
• Strive to exceed client expectations and project success.
• Track costs and manage budgets effectively.
• Adapt to changes and keep stakeholders informed.
• Address and resolve client issues promptly.
