Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Executive to lead the delivery of large-scale building automation, EPMS, and mission-critical controls across commercial and data center environments. Location: US-based with up to 50% travel.

You will oversee projects from early planning through turnover, driving safety, schedule, quality, and financial performance while mentoring teams and building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in building automation, controls, mission-critical construction, or MEP project environments.
• Senior project management or executive-level experience leading large or complex projects.
• Strong understanding of BAS/BMS, EPMS, SCADA, and integrated control systems.
• Experience managing contracts, subcontractors, project financials, and change order workflows.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Procore and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle execution of BAS, EPMS, SCADA, and controls projects.
• Oversee project financial performance including forecasting, budgeting, billing accuracy, and cash flow.
• Drive project success related to schedule, safety, quality, procurement, and client satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for high-profile clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Lead executive-level project meetings, contract discussions, and change order negotiations.
• Mentor and support Project Managers, Engineers, and field leadership teams.
• Coordinate with operations, estimating, supply chain, and field teams for alignment.
• Review submittals, RFIs, commissioning plans, and project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and safety standards.
• Support strategic growth and future project pursuits.
