Job summary

S&B is seeking a Construction Manager to provide overall management direction for field construction projects, with potential to assume Project Manager duties. The role requires extensive site leadership, cost control, and coordination with clients and engineering teams.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 10 years in construction management, ability to manage large, multi-discipline projects, and a strong focus on safety and schedule adherence. Travel to project sites is expected as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Construction Manager.
• Ability to manage projects of varying size and complexity.
• Experience with direct hire scope of 2MM–3.5MM manhours and cost/schedule adherence.

Responsibilities

• Report to AOM, VP of Field Operations, and Sr. VP of EPC and Construction.
• Plan, organize and staff key field positions through department heads.
• Provide safety leadership to ensure zero injury results.
• Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards.
