Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Executive to lead and oversee engineering projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and strong client relationships. The role requires mastery in system design (HVAC/plumbing), strategic thinking, and proven project-management leadership.

You will manage budgets, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive revenue growth while upholding industry standards and regulations. This is a senior, client-facing role at a national contractor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar engineering role.
• Mastery knowledge of applicable systems design (HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
• Proven experience managing engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent client management and opportunity identification for growth.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with project management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Apply mastery knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and related systems to ensure project success.
• Provide regular project status updates to clients and leadership.
• Develop strategies to meet goals and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
• Maintain solid client relationships and identify revenue growth opportunities.
• Manage budgets, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
