Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in Software Testing, QA, Test Automation, or a related field.
• Experience developing Python scripts.
• Understanding of software testing concepts and QA methodologies.
• Exposure to test automation frameworks or automated testing practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and analyze test results.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies and take on additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support testing efforts for IVR, contact center, and chatbot applications across Auto and Bank organizations.
• Create, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases.
• Develop and maintain Python-based automation scripts for customer interaction workflows.
• Validate functionality, performance, and customer experience across voice and chat channels.
• Analyze test results, document defects, and collaborate with development teams on issue resolution.
• Assist with automation initiatives for IVR and chatbot testing.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and story validation activities.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, business analysts, and QA team members.
• Learn and support telephony and conversational AI technology ecosystems.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency through automation.
