You will lead the Healthineers Performance System (HPS) and partner with senior leaders to deliver measurable performance improvements.

Ideal candidates will master Lean, Agile, and change management, facilitate workshops, and coach leaders on continuous improvement while tracking impact with data and metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
10+ years of professional experience in operational excellence and enterprise transformation.
Hands-on experience applying Lean and Agile methods.
