Securian is seeking a Learning Experience Instructional Designer to partner with L&D, HR, and business leaders to translate needs into scalable learning experiences. The role combines instructional design, facilitation, and enterprise partnership to support diverse enterprise priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience translating needs into engaging learning experiences.
• Experience facilitating virtual and/or in-person sessions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with L&D, HR, leaders and SMEs to translate needs into solutions.
• Consult with stakeholders to clarify outcomes and recommend approaches.
• Design learner-centered journeys and experiences using ID and LXD.
• Lead design and development from analysis through evaluation.
• Facilitate select virtual and in-person sessions.
