Job summary

Loenbro seeks a Learning & Development Program Manager to lead the design, implementation, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise learning and development programs that support organizational performance, workforce capability, leadership effectiveness, and professional growth.

This role provides leadership for operational, leadership, and professional development initiatives, supervising the L&D team and partnering with business leaders and stakeholders to drive learning impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, L&D, organizational development, education, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in learning & development, talent development, or related areas.
• 3+ years leading programs, projects, or teams.
• Experience managing enterprise learning initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and continuous improvement of enterprise learning programs.
• Manage and develop a team of L&D professionals with coaching and career development.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and align initiatives with goals.
• Oversee design, implementation, and sustainment of scalable learning programs.
• Drive governance and on-time delivery with quality standards.
• Lead leadership development and succession readiness initiatives.
• Establish learning operations, including processes and communications.
• Leverage analytics to improve learner experiences and measure impact.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
