Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Education, or related field.
• 3–5 years in learning and development or related discipline.
• Experience managing L&D projects from concept through implementation.
• Solid knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and training methods (e-learning, in-person, blended).
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for in-person and virtual learning.
• Experience with LMS, virtual learning platforms, and other training/content-development tech.
• Excellent project and program management with multiple priorities.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle of L&D programs from discovery through design, development, pilot, launch, administration, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with contributors to identify skill gaps and learning needs to drive career development.
• Design and develop curricula, facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, blended learning resources, and e-learnings.
• Develop and manage Management Development Program and other enterprise learning initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate program delivery: schedules, cohorts, communications, enrollment, tech, vendors, materials, participant support.
• Manage Imprivata’s tuition reimbursement program and related processes and communications.
• Assist in creating and executing L&D strategies aligned to growth and culture.
• Establish evaluation/reporting to measure participation, learner experience, knowledge gains, and business impact.
• Monitor training effectiveness and suggest improvements based on feedback.
• Research learning trends to ensure programs are innovative and impactful.
• Collaborate with SMEs, HRBPs, and external vendors to define and deliver content.
• Use program data and learner feedback to uncover opportunities and drive enhancements.
• Identify resource needs to ensure materials and support are in place.
