Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS and a minimum of 8 years of domain experience.
• Experience designing end-to-end learning strategies in large, regulated environments.
• Strong governance, measurement, and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and govern enterprise-wide compliance training programs.
• Partner with Ethics, Legal, Regulatory Affairs, and HR to translate requirements into learning solutions.
• Lead governance processes, prioritization, documentation, and reporting.
• Develop executive dashboards and audit-ready learning data.
• Manage vendor relationships and communications for enterprise learning.
