Job summary

HP is seeking a Learning & Development professional to lead large global compliance training projects and campaigns within the HP Compliance Learning Portfolio.

You will collaborate with cross-organizational teams, shaping strategy for compliance learning and development priorities across HP business units, applying advanced L&D and compliance knowledge to manage programs from strategy to implementation. You will influence stakeholders with expertise and drive continuous learning improvements.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Learning and Development, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Typically 3-5 years in consulting, training design, facilitation, project management, and learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Leads the global compliance training portfolio with stakeholders across the HP ecosystem.
• Plan and execute global compliance training campaigns across all phases of implementation.
• Manage stakeholder expectations for deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop learning strategies impacting multiple businesses and programs.
• Apply advanced subject matter knowledge to guide program lifecycle and improve processes.
