Job summary

MongoDB is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive, Growth, to drive growth and adoption of our solutions. You will identify opportunities, cultivate stakeholder relationships, and own the full sales cycle to win new business in the Vietnam market.

The role supports a hybrid working model based in Singapore, with global collaboration. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of full-cycle sales experience, proven success in penetrating the Vietnam market, and fluent Vietnamese and English.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle sales experience,
• Must have prior experience covering the Vietnam market.
• Native Vietnamese / English language skills and understanding of Vietnam enterprise sector.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into CTOs, engineering/IT leaders, and technical end users in Vietnam market.
• Build strong relationships to generate growth opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle for MongoDB products and services.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to hit revenue targets.
• Build a sales pipeline in Salesforce and other prospecting tools.
• Collaborate with the sales ecosystem to drive initiatives and partnerships.
