Job summary

The Fresh Air Fund is seeking Data Entry Associates to join the Enrollment team in New York, NY. The role, part-time and at-will, combines data entry in the CRM with coordination of paper work and parent communication to support summer programs.

Work will be hybrid with in-person NYC office time and some remote work; typical hours 9am–7pm, 20–25 hours per week, from November 23, 2026 through March 5, 2027. The position offers a $19/hour wage.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfort speaking with families over the phone and in person.
• Patient and friendly, with a high degree of professionalism.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Bilingual and fluency in languages other than English a plus (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, ASL).

Responsibilities

• Scan and upload documents to applicant records
• Work closely with Director and Outreach Enrollment Coordinator to ensure data accuracy
• Work closely with the Community Outreach Team to upload information in the CRM as necessary
• Assist with application review and completion
• Assist with conducting virtual/ in-person information and orientation sessions regarding summer programs
• Other duties as assigned
