The Fresh Air Fund is hiring Data Entry Associates to support enrollment efforts in New York City. This hybrid role involves receiving and entering paperwork into the CRM, with duties spanning data entry, document scanning, and coordination with the enrollment team.

Responsibilities include reviewing applications, communicating with NYC families, and assisting with information sessions. The position is part-time, seasonal, and may include evenings or weekends through March 2027.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfort speaking with families over the phone and in person.
• Patient and friendly, with a high degree of professionalism.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, ASL).

Aufgaben

• Scan and upload documents to applicant records.
• Work closely with Director and Outreach Enrollment Coordinator to ensure data accuracy.
• Work with Community Outreach Team to upload information in the CRM as necessary.
• Assist with application review and completion.
• Assist with conducting virtual or in-person information and orientation sessions regarding summer programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
