Job summary

San Diego State University Global Campus is seeking an Enrollment Coordinator to support students through enrollment and registration with accuracy and care.

You will join a cross-trained team, processing transactions, maintaining records, and resolving enrollment questions for adult, online, and nontraditional learners. This role offers partial telecommuting with onsite work in San Diego after training.

Qualifications

• Experience in enrolling and registering students in higher education.
• Knowledge of enrollment policies, procedures, and processes.
• Ability to protect confidentiality of student information.
• Experience supporting adult, online, or nontraditional learners.

Responsibilities

• Process enrollment and registration transactions accurately while maintaining student records.
• Guide students through enrollment policies and next steps with clear communication.
• Resolve routine to moderately complex enrollment issues to minimize delays.
• Collaborate within a cross-trained enrollment team for high-volume processing.
• Maintain data integrity and identify opportunities to improve enrollment workflows.
