Strong Lean/Six Sigma and data-driven problem solving are essential. You’ll provide engineering support for facility systems, manage contractor relationships, and travel to branch locations to drive improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or related field.
• Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification, preferred.
• 5-10 years overall work experience.
• Ability to gain high proficiency in Lean and/or Six Sigma principles as well as delivery methodologies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and remove barriers to execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Mini-Tab; MS Access experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead multiple capital and operational projects from concept through implementation.
• Develop project scopes, cost estimates, schedules, and business justifications while coordinating activities across engineering, operations, EHSQ, and business stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, resolve issues, and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Provide engineering support for facility infrastructure, storage and handling systems, piping, pumps, fire protection systems, loading operations, and other critical facility assets.
• Coordinate and manage contractors, consultants, equipment suppliers, and service providers throughout project execution.
• Travel to branch locations to assess facility needs, identify project opportunities, and support project development and execution.
