Job summary

Univar Solutions seeks a seasoned professional to lead multiple capital and operational projects from concept through implementation. You will drive safety, schedule, budget adherence and business alignment while coordinating across engineering, operations, EHSQ and stakeholders.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and strong leadership to deliver measurable improvements. This hybrid position is based in Morrisville, PA with flexible site travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or related field.
• Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
• 5-10 years overall work experience.
• Ability to gain high proficiency in Lean/Six Sigma and delivery methodologies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple capital and operational projects from concept to implementation, on schedule, within budget and aligned with business objectives.
• Provide engineering support for facility infrastructure, storage and handling systems, piping, pumps, and fire protection systems.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, equipment suppliers and service providers; support procurement and project closeout.
