Job summary

Univar Solutions is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead large capital and operational projects across multiple sites. You will manage projects from concept through implementation, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence while coordinating with engineering, operations, EHSQ, and business stakeholders.

The role combines project management with hands-on engineering, contractor oversight, and field engagement to advance facility reliability and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• 5–10 years of project management experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple capital and operational projects from concept through implementation.
• Coordinate across engineering, operations, EHSQ and business stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issues, and provide regular status updates.
• Oversee contractor selection, proposals, procurement, and closeout.
• Support commissioning, startup, and documentation.
