Qualifications

• PMP/PMI certification is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience managing complex technical programs using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive engineering development and implementation for a product or service offering.
• Develops and directs development of schedules, deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, and other requirements for the program.
• Oversees activities of project teams and partners; adjusts schedule and resources to meet product requirements and development timelines.
• Communicates program progress and issues to stakeholders; collaborates to implement changes and ensure adherence to budgets and roadmaps.
• Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects.
• Drive Agile execution across multiple cross-functional engineering teams, ensuring alignment on dependencies and release timelines.
• Leads and mentors less-experienced staff.
