Job summary

HP Enterprise is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager / PLM Program Manager to own complex cross-functional programs from concept through release, sustaining, and end-of-life. You will drive execution excellence by building integrated schedules, aligning dependencies, enforcing PDLC governance, and delivering commitments on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in engineering program management with 5+ years in Agile, and hands-on Jira and Smartsheet experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of engineering program/project management experience
• 5+ years working in Agile environments
• Deep hands-on expertise in Jira and Smartsheet
• Proven ability to lead executive communications
• Proactively manage risks and dependencies across functions
• Drive cross-functional alignment across PM, Eng, Manufacturing, and partners
• Strong stakeholder management and structured problem-solving skills
• Provide leadership and mentoring to team members

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end programs from concept through release, sustaining, and end-of-life
• Build and manage integrated schedules and milestones
• Enforce PDLC governance and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery
• Coordinate across Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, and external partners
• Lead recovery plans for at-risk milestones and communicate status up to senior leadership
• Drive process improvements and adoption of new technologies across organization
• Mentor and develop less-experienced team members
