Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Colorado seeks an experienced Engineering Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams through development and deployment of complex products, applying Agile/Scrum practices and a solid SDLC foundation. Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or related field.
Typically 6–10 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and implementation processes.
PMP/PMI certification is preferred.
3+ years of experience managing complex technical programs using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

Manages and leads a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive engineering development and implementation.
Develops and directs development of schedules, deliverables, budget, and resource plans.
Manages activities of project teams and partners; adjusts plans based on analysis to meet requirements and schedules.
Communicates program progress and issues to stakeholders; collaborates to implement changes to products and processes.
Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives.
Drives Agile execution across cross-functional teams and aligns dependencies and release timelines.
Leads and mentors less-experienced staff.
