Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field; equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in software engineering or application development with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Experience overseeing multiple teams and portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for engineering and application development teams across firm-wide capabilities.
• Set technical direction, standards, and practices for secure, scalable solutions.
• Translate business priorities into executable roadmaps and delivery strategy.
• Lead engineering execution and continuous delivery balancing innovation and stability.
• Collaborate across IT to improve flow, reduce bottlenecks, and increase throughput.
• Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and third-party development partners.
• Develop and retain engineering talent, including performance management and succession planning.
• Establish governance, metrics, and reporting for platform health and delivery outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with security, risk, governance, privacy, and data protection standards.
