Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field; equivalent experience.
10+ years in software engineering or application development with 5+ years in senior leadership.
Experience overseeing multiple teams and portfolios.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for engineering and application development teams across firm-wide capabilities.
Set technical direction, standards, and practices for secure, scalable solutions.
Translate business priorities into executable roadmaps and delivery strategy.
Lead engineering execution and continuous delivery balancing innovation and stability.
Collaborate across IT to improve flow, reduce bottlenecks, and increase throughput.
Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and third-party development partners.
Develop and retain engineering talent, including performance management and succession planning.
Establish governance, metrics, and reporting for platform health and delivery outcomes.
Ensure compliance with security, risk, governance, privacy, and data protection standards.
