Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IS or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Relevant cloud certifications preferred.
• 10+ years in software engineering or app development, with 5+ years in senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for engineering and application development across firmwide capabilities.
• Set technical direction, architectural standards, and practices to ensure secure, scalable solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business priorities into technology roadmaps and delivery strategies.
• Lead engineering execution and continuous delivery with focus on platform stability and debt reduction.
• Collaborate across IT functions to improve delivery flow and reliability.
• Oversee multiple product and platform workstreams and governance of performance metrics.
