• Set technical direction, standards, and practices for secure, scalable solutions.
• Translate business outcomes into executable technology roadmaps and delivery strategies.
• Lead engineering delivery, balance innovation with platform stability and debt reduction.
• Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and third‑party development partners.
• Develop and retain engineering leadership talent with performance feedback.
