Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Master's degree in technology, business, or management is preferred.
• Relevant cloud/platform architecture certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for engineering and application development across value streams.
• Set technical direction, standards, and practices to ensure secure, scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Translate business priorities into executable roadmaps and engineering delivery strategies.
• Lead engineering execution and continuous delivery with focus on quality, debt reduction, and reliability.
• Oversee multiple product and platform workstreams, balancing innovation with stability.
• Establish governance, metrics, and reporting for platform health and delivery outcomes.
