Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is seeking a highly organized Energy Transition Customer Success Coordinator & Analyst in the United States. You will coordinate commissioning and analyze lead times, pipeline, backlog, order fulfillment, and project performance while partnering with customers, field sales, project management, and supply chain to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination, business or operations analysis, customer service, order management, supply chain, field service coordination, or a related operational function.
• No sponsorship; candidates must reside within a defined US geography and be able to work without relocation.
• Location within 50 miles of Arden, NC or nearby areas may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate commissioning activities from order entry through project completion, including intake, site-readiness validation, scheduling, status tracking, issue resolution, and closeout.
• Establish clear communication with stakeholders including customers, sales, project managers, and supply chain teams.
• Maintain a centralized view of milestones, risks, and customer commitments with timely status updates.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to align stakeholders and document owners and due dates.
• Develop reports/dashboards to track lead times, pipeline, backlog, and project performance.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks and coordinate mitigation plans with cross-functional teams.
