Eaton Corporation is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator & Analyst for its ES AMER ARS division. This hybrid role supports energy transition projects, coordinating commissioning activities and analyzing lead times, pipeline, and backlog to improve delivery and project outcomes.

The role requires a strong, organized professional who can manage multiple projects, partner with sales, order management, logistics, and service teams, and translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination, business or operations analysis, customer service, order management, supply chain, field service coordination, or related operational function.
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT requirements for this role.
• Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Arden, NC, Peachtree City, GA, or Cherrington, PA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate commissioning activities from order entry to project completion, including intake, site-readiness validation, scheduling, status tracking, issue resolution, and closeout.
• Establish clear communication with customers, sales, project managers, logistics, and service teams; manage documentation and lead times.
• Monitor lead times, pipeline, backlog, and project status; develop reports and dashboards for visibility.
• Identify bottlenecks and risks impacting delivery, forecast, and revenue; provide actionable insights.
