Job summary

Verdantas is seeking a Power Project Manager to lead power and energy infrastructure projects across Lehigh Valley, Wilkes-Barre, and Philadelphia in a hybrid, multi-site environment.

You will manage scopes from concept through construction, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain client relationships while guiding design, permitting, and construction documentation. A PE license and 7+ years in related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering required.
• PE license required or able to obtain within specified timeframe.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in engineering, project management, power, utilities, or related infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead power and energy infrastructure projects from concept to construction.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, agencies, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee technical design and engineering activities related to power and energy infrastructure, including site planning and layout, and permitting processes.
• Mentor and develop junior staff through technical guidance and project leadership.
• Support business development initiatives, including proposal preparation and client engagement.
