Job summary

K&A Power Group in Binghamton, NY seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead multi-discipline teams through EPC phases for utility and energy projects. You will drive project planning, control costs and schedules, and ensure alignment with organizational goals in a hybrid work setting.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in large-scale programs, PMP/PgMP, and strong leadership and communication skills to manage complex contracts and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in large-scale utility project programs.
• PMP or PgMP certification.
• 5+ years in Gas-Hydro and OSG.
• Strong ability to lead, influence, and manage change.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-discipline team through Engineering, Procurement, and Construction phases.
• Develop and maintain program management plans and schedules.
• Monitor SPI and CPI to guide decision making.
• Budget and cost control oversight with scheduling controllers.
• Identify risks, implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.
• Interface with executives, business leaders and stakeholders to capture requirements.
