You will be the primary contact for customers, collaborate with contractors and utilities, and help ensure accurate reporting and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, energy, marketing, or related field.
• Three or more years of experience in customer service, program coordination, operations support, or a related field, preferably in energy, utility, building-services, or financial-services sectors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central intake point for program inquiries received through phone, email, online forms, and referrals; follow up on leads; determine eligibility and connect customers with resources.
• Conduct timely follow-up on opportunities; escalate non-standard or complex situations to the appropriate team member for resolution.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams across multiple channels; build trust and deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle and solicit feedback.
• Monitor project progress and support smooth handoffs between teams to avoid delays.
• Maintain accurate customer and project information across systems and prepare documentation for approvals, payments, and reporting.
• Support CRM, program-tracking, and customer data systems through data entry and user support.
• Coordinate with utilities, lenders, contractors, and partners to support timely processing and troubleshooting.
