Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking an Energy Efficiency Consultant to drive residential customer engagement and identify technologies that support energy savings across the tristate service territory. The role involves regular collaboration with external stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and marketing teams to achieve energy-saving goals and lower carbon emissions.

The position is hybrid, with office and field components, and requires coordination across MA/CT/NH.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to interpret energy efficiency/renewable technologies and understand their application.
• Requires solid understanding of financial principals and the ability to use PC desktop applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive relationships with manufacturers, distributors and retailers of energy-efficient products to enhance programs.
• Manage integration of activities between customers, program admins, advisory consultants, and vendors/contractors.
• Prepare RFPs for development and execution of proposals to procure program administration vendors.
• Develop documents to ensure regulatory compliance and oversight of customer-funded programs.
• Monitor budgeting, invoicing, evaluation, and tracking of expenses and energy savings.
