Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, energy, marketing, or related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Three or more years of experience in customer service, program coordination, operations support, or related field, preferably in energy/utilities sectors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central intake point for program inquiries via phone, email, online forms, and referrals; follow up on leads and determine program eligibility.
• Conduct timely follow-up on opportunities and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team member.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams across channels; maintain proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, support handoffs between teams, and help resolve issues affecting customer experience or timelines.
• Maintain accurate customer and project information across systems and prepare documentation for approvals, payments, and program records.
• Support CRM, program-tracking, and customer information systems with data entry and user support; coordinate with IT.
• Coordinate with utilities, lenders, contractors, and partners to process incentives and financing; troubleshoot issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through documentation, training, and process refinement.
