Job summary

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in a customer service, corporate, administrative, or analytical role supporting business operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of customer programs and services with focus on regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
• Communicate program trends and developments to leadership and senior contributors.
• Interpret program reports and dashboards; review feedback to address red flags and escalate when needed.
• Lead program-related activities with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with utility operations and customer engagement.
• Ensure adherence to reporting obligations and standard practices and protocols for operational and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate key program metrics and cost reports to drive improvements and inform stakeholders.
• Apply industry knowledge to promote programs and foster collaboration.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for program topics, including training development and delivery.
• Lead engagement activities to promote program information at outreach events.
