Job summary

San Diego Community Power in the San Diego region seeks a Program Manager to oversee CPUC-funded energy programs, primarily via SDREN. You will manage budgets, contractors, reporting and stakeholder engagement, and lead SDREN initiatives in residential and commercial sectors.

Hybrid work schedule set by SDCP. Under the direction of a Senior Program Manager, you will collaborate with the SDREN Operations Team, other CP departments and partner agencies, represent Community Power at meetings, draft

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in residential and/or commercial energy programs.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency, building decarbonization, and DERs.
• Understanding of environmental justice and equity principles.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with strong organizational skills.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage SDREN programs, including budgets and contracts.
• Coordinate program delivery with staff, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and recommend improvements.
• Serve as primary contact for program activities.
• Represent Community Power at meetings and draft staff reports.
