Job summary

AVEVA is seeking an End User Services Engineer to provide responsive IT support for colleagues in the Houston office and remotely. You will join a collaborative global IT team focused on delivering an excellent end-user experience, combining hands-on support with process improvements.

The role covers incidents, onboarding/offboarding, device replacements, and remote/mobile support, with hybrid working and a strong emphasis on security and reliability.

Qualifications

• At least five years of IT support or End User Services experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience supporting employees in offices and remote work environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID/Active Directory.
• Experience using an IT service-management platform such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Ability to support iOS and Android smartphones and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.
• Support employee onboarding, departures, computer replacements and IT inventory.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, account, mobile-device and endpoint-management issues.
• Support meeting-room technology and coordinate equipment health checks with the unified communications and network teams.
• Assist with major incidents, technology changes and critical out-of-hours site work when required.
