Job summary

AVEVA is seeking an End User Services Engineer to provide responsive IT support to colleagues in Houston and remotely. You will join a regional and global IT team aimed at delivering an excellent end‑user experience, blending hands‑on technical support with strong customer service and collaboration.

The role covers Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, and meeting-room tech, with opportunities to automate workflows and improve processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• At least five years of IT support or End User Services experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience supporting employees in office and remote settings.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID/Active Directory.
• Experience using an IT service‑management platform such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Ability to support iOS and Android devices.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.
• Support onboarding, departures, computer replacements and IT inventory.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, account, mobile-device and endpoint-management issues.
• Support meeting-room technology and coordinate equipment health checks with UC and network teams.
• Assist with major incidents, technology changes and out-of-hours site work when needed.
