Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support or desktop engineering experience.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, mobile devices, hardware, and collaboration technologies.
• Experience with enterprise endpoint technologies, including deployment, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Experience administering: Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Group Policy, BitLocker, SSO.
• Experience with IT ticketing/ITSM platforms (ServiceNow or similar).
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds when supporting endpoint/conference room equipment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve issues from a prioritized support queue with timely service.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and end-user computing issues across Windows, macOS, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Provide support for onsite and remote employees while maintaining a consistent user experience.
• Deliver high-touch support to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
• Configure, deploy, secure, and support endpoint devices per enterprise standards.
• Develop and optimize endpoint patching and software deployment processes.
