Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Advanced computer skills and proficient with common software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Must own a cell phone and have a flexible, patient attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and advocacy for individuals with disabilities toward meaningful employment.
• Complete DVR reports and assist with Job Center registration.
• Develop resumes and cover letters; guide participants through job searches and applications.
• Break down job duties into manageable steps; offer on-site support and coaching.
• Provide follow-along services for up to 90 days to ensure long-term success.
