This is a full-time hybrid position based in Monona, WI, combining in-office, community-based, and remote work responsibilities.
As our hybrid Employment Specialist, you'll serve as a coach, advocate, and trusted resource for individuals with disabilities as they work toward meaningful employment. You'll complete DVR reports, assist with Job Center registration, develop resumes and cover letters, and help participants navigate job searches and applications. Once employment is secured, you'll break down job duties into manageable steps based on each individual's learning style, provide on-site support and coaching, model workplace expectations when needed, and continue offering follow-along services for up to 90 days to help ensure long-term success and confidence on the job.
Preferred qualifications include an Associate's degree or higher in rehabilitation, business, marketing, human services, or a related field, two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities.
