Job summary

RCS Empowers Inc. in Sheboygan, WI is seeking an Employment Services Specialist to connect individuals with disabilities to meaningful, community-based employment. This role requires outreach, job coaching, and collaboration with local employers to create life-changing opportunities.

You’ll work in the community, building relationships, coordinating with DVR and partners, and documenting services while promoting independence and inclusion in the workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in vocational services or human services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Solid computer skills for documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Guide individuals toward competitive, community-based employment.
• Develop connections with local businesses and community partners.
• Match job seekers to opportunities based on skills and goals.
• Coordinate services with DVR and other partners.
• Provide job coaching and on-site support as needed.
• Conduct employer outreach and visits to expand opportunities.
