Job summary

The Miami University Alumni Association is seeking a Coordinator / Assistant Director of Employer Relations to grow and manage employer relationships, cultivate internship and job opportunities for all Miami University students, and work on a hybrid schedule combining campus-based and remote work.

The role reports to the Associate Director of Employer Relations and requires excellent teamwork, communication, and knowledge of current employment trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least one year of work experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain employer relationships; promote student recruitment.
• Advise employers on recruiting strategies and engagement opportunities.
• Lead special projects and coordinate events related to recruitment.
• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting on recruiting activities and salaries.
• Coordinate office events, programs, workshops, and career fairs as needed.
