Job summary

Reporting to the Associate Director, you will drive strategy, coordinate events and participate in data-driven reporting while maintaining strong campus relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least one year of work experience (Employer Relations Coordinator).
• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of work experience (Assistant Director).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain employer relationships to promote Miami University students' recruitment.
• Advise employers on recruiting strategies, facilitate employer participation in CCES events and programs.
• Lead short-term special projects and support data collection, analysis, and reporting of recruiting activities.
