Miami University (OH) seeks an Assistant Director / Employer Relations Coordinator to grow and manage employer relationships and expand internship opportunities for all students. The role reports to the Associate Director of Employer Relations and requires strong teamwork and communication skills to connect employers with Miami University students.

Hybrid work is available, with campus-based duties and occasional evenings or weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to build and nurture networks of internal and external relationships.
• Multi-faceted customer service skill set including strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communications.
• Familiar with current employment trends; employer branding strategies; and targeted recruitment principles.
• Ability to leverage and use various software.

Aufgaben

• Develop new and maintain existing employer relationships and promote student recruitment.
• Advise employers on recruiting strategies and coordinate participation in CCES events.
• Lead and execute short-term special projects.
• Supports data collection, analysis, and reporting regarding recruiting activities, job placements and salaries.
• Coordinate office-wide events, programs, workshops, and career fairs.
