Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 4+ years of Employee Relations, Human Resources, Labor Relations, corporate law, or investigative experience.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex workplace conflicts with sound judgment.
• Strong collaboration across levels and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct investigations into employee relations complaints and misconduct from intake to completion.
• Identify patterns and root causes; work with HR/legal to implement proactive solutions.
• Develop and maintain case-management resources to track internal trends.
• Advise stakeholders on complex policy/misconduct scenarios and recommend outcomes.
• Build relationships across functions to drive HR initiatives and solutions.
• Ensure policies comply with laws and company guidelines.
• Track legal developments and HR risks; identify best practices; develop templates and toolkits.
• Develop and deliver trainings on employee relations topics.
• Collaborate on updating and implementing HR policies.
