Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands, headquartered in Tempe, AZ, seeks an Employee Relations Manager (Talent Support Manager) to partner with managers and leaders, ensuring fair and engaging employee relations across the company. You will advise on policies, support performance discussions, and identify trends to implement data-driven improvements.

The role requires 3–5 years of HR experience in employee relations, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong coaching and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, focusing on Employee Relations or advisory support.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills; ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Solid judgment and problem-solving skills; balanced approach to employee and business needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Workday HRIS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise and coach leaders on policies, practices, and employee relations to uphold core principles with fairness and business considerations.
• Partner with managers across departments to guide performance conversations and support internal reviews.
• Identify trends in performance and employee relations; recommend practical, data-informed solutions.
• Serve as primary point of contact for Talent Support inquiries with responsiveness and sound judgment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Leave, Legal, Benefits, HRBPs and other partners for compliant, employee-centered solutions.
• Manage and prioritize multiple Talent Support initiatives and projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Talent Support practices, policies, and employee experience.
