- Develop and improve initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and workplace effectiveness.
- Support performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Coach managers on conflict resolution, employee performance, and effective leadership practices.
- Review workforce trends and employee feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on HR programs, process improvements, and organizational initiatives.
- Use HR technology and data to support reporting, improve workflows, and inform decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with approximately 4-5 years of HR business partner experience preferred.
- Strong background in strategic HR business partnership, employee relations, and employment compliance.
- Experience managing complex employee relations matters, investigations, and performance-related issues.
- Demonstrated ability to advise and influence leaders across multiple organizational levels.
- Experience partnering with legal counsel on sensitive employment matters.
- Background in talent management, leadership development, succession planning, and professional development.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, independent judgment, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication, coaching, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.

- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification required within one year of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with employee engagement surveys, talent reviews, performance management, and leadership development programs.
- Experience working in a complex, matrixed, or mission-driven organization.
Ideal Candidate
- The successful candidate will be a confident, business-minded HR professional who can balance strategic initiatives with hands-on employee relations and compliance responsibilities. They will be comfortable navigating difficult conversations, making independent decisions, advising leadership, and partnering with legal counsel when needed.
